For begining applications, its not all that shabby. Lose the glowing (Outer Glow), and just begin to blend the image with the background supporting it, using the Eraser Tool, set at 75% Opacity, with a 3% Flow Brush, and erase away parts lightly, to blend it into the background and matching the elements together. ;)
